No sorry. In order for the tools to work correctly, they can not be hosted elsewhere.What about an FTP server for uploading files to my site?

Absolutely! The admin tools include an import function that can easily "suck in" your blog postings and save them to the blog portion of your new website.My site is a WordPress blog. Could I use the CSS from that and import over to your platform?
Maybe. First you have to check if it's OK with the designer/developer. They might still own the copyrights to the theme. Also keep in mind that WordPress themes can get very complicated very quickly because of all the plugins and other stuff it uses. So converting your design from WordPress to Adobe can get very messy.
